The Roast IQ Thermocouple is a Class 1, Dual K Type Thermocouple designed for the purpose of providing rapid, highly accurate, and precise temperature measurements in coffee roasters.

Choose this thermocouple when you need two connections to the one probe.  USeful for roasters where you have only one probe placement but multiple systems, i.e: RoastIQ/Cropster/Artisan and a bean temp used by your modulation system.

Specifically designed to mitigate interference from ignitors and static, ensuring reliable and interference-free temperature monitoring.
